Research On The Design Of Electric Water Heater Based On User Experience

With the continuous improvement of social living standards,people began to pursue quality life,and the industry paid more attention to the construction of product service system.The design of electric water heater als o needs innovation and iteration under the demand of user experience,and the popularization and application of 5g communication,artificial intelligence,IMR and other new technologies provide strong technical support for the realization of humanized and personalized design of electric water heater Bath is not only a simple personal cleaning,but also a life with taste.This research focuses on user experience,takes millennial consumers as the target users,through information collection to understand the basic attributes and consumption trends of the target users,and on the basis of user interviews and behavior analysis experiments,deeply excavates the physiological,spiritual and behavioral needs of users.The research results of users are summarized,the views,opinions and expectations of users for the current electric water heater products are obtained,and the initial needs of users are put forward.In Maslow's demand level,the demand level of electric water heater based on user experience is formed,the user's demand list is obtained,and the new design concept of improving various water quality problems,focusing on vision and skin feeling,providing novel human-computer interaction and appearance customization is proposed,which is used as the functional configuration of new product development.Based on the macro research in pest context,this paper analyzes the development trend of electric water heater industry under domestic policies,economy,society and technology,understands the core devel opment direction of electric water heater industry,obtains the characteristics of leading brand products of electric water heater industry through competitive product analysis,so as to verify the realization of user demand.Combined with the results of demand analysis,the design points of intelligent electric water heater are formed to guide the overall scheme design of intelligent electric water heater.In the design practice of electric water heater,the technical principles of application are summarized,such as water purification technology,heating technology,water atomization technology.Under the support of the above technologies,the domestic electric water heater is redefined from the aspects of design style,modeling elements,human-computer interaction,function setting,internal structure,product experience process,etc.,and the intelligent electric water heater is proposed based on the research results of user experience More attention should be paid to the comfort,humanization,individuat ion and high technology of the products.This study provides a reference for the follow-up design and research of intelligent electric water heater from the perspective of user experience.
