Study On Safety Analysis And Judicial Identification Of Electric Water Heater Accidents

The application of electric water heaters in modern society,homes,hotels,apartments,schools is becoming more and more popular,and the convenience brought by them is getting more and more attention,but at the same time,it also brings many safety problems,causing personal injury and death.The accident left a disharmony factor for the society and the family,and even a human tragedy.How to put an end to the safety hazards in the process of use is the hot topic of the society we are discussing and the social problems that need to be solved urgently,so as to protect the safety of people and property,make people less bleak and more happy,and create one for social harmony and stability.The meager strength is the starting point.Therefore,this paper selects the "safety analysis and the judicial identification of electric water heater electric shock accident case" as a research topic,which has important theoretical significance and application value.The main research results of this paper are:(1)Relying on the personal injury and death of electric water heaters in the jurisdictions that occurred in this year,after entrusted by the court,inquiries with both parties,on-site physical inspection,and laboratory inspection.(2)This paper proposes a method for analyzing the safety electric shock of electric water heater system based on STAMP method,clarifies the risk evolution path and key nodes in electric shock accidents,points out the role of different safety control structures in blocking the evolution path of accidents,and explores the different electric shock modes of electric water heaters for electric shock absorbers.The severity of the consequences,according to the accident investigation and structural analysis of the electric water heater,consider the source of current in a variety of situations;based on the STAMP method,propose the risk management and control measures throughout the life cycle of the electric water heater.(3)Combined with the case,the necessity and essential elements of product quality appraisal are expounded.The importance of legality,standardization,accuracy and fairness of the product quality judicial authentication institution as the main body to issue data and give judgment conclusions for the judicial organ’s responsibility determination is self-evident.The responsibility of judicial departments should be recognized to warn equipment producers,consumers,housing and residential design units,construction units,and production,installation and use of products in strict accordance with laws,regulations and norms,so as to truly implement the main responsibility and minimize potential safety hazards.
