As an emerging and more applied discipline,fuzzy analytics,although it has only less than 50 years of history,the application of fuzzy operators and fuzzy control in practical problems is very extensive,and its development is extremely rapid.It has become a hot research issue in the field of artificial intelligence and automatic control that is emerging in the era of high-tech big data.Therefore,the study of fuzzy integral and control theory is very necessary.The specific work of this paper is as follows:1.Aiming at the definition and theorem research of fuzzy probability,fuzzy measure and its integral,two kinds of ideal ?-fuzzy operator form are given,which proves that the condition of triangular norm operator is satisfied;And under the background of the proposed relevance measure space,the definition and theorem of generalized Sugeno probability integral are given,verification of a number of theorems that satisfy the condition to prove its feasibility.2.In order to accurately evaluate the performance state of the self-priming pump under different conditions,and better balance the influence of self-priming pump performance parameters on the performance status of the overall pump system.This article takes a 80-70 Z model self-priming pump as the research object,a new Sugeno fuzzy quasi-sum operator and fuzzy integral are proposed and applied to the new method of fuzzy probability operation.Firstly,the fuzzy probability value of the performance state of the single water pump is obtained by using this method;Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to effectively evaluate the evaluation set of the performance status of each pump;Finally,the obtained fuzzy probability values are compared with the comprehensive evaluation results,and the experimental results are very consistent.Thereby verify the reliability of the method,and overcomes the limitations and ambiguities of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in practical applications.3.In order to solve the problem that the control effect of traditional fuzzycontroller is not ideal due to the influence of small random quantity in practical application,a new control method of random variable domain fuzzy controller is proposed.Firstly,based on the characteristics of the original telescopic factor,a random variable domain telescopic factor is given,and its telescopic performance is analyzed by simulation experiments.Then,the telescopic factor is combined with the fuzzy controller and applied to the suction and exhaust system of the self-priming pump,and the complete control process is given,the complex mechanical control is transformed into simple and efficient fuzzy control while verifying the control effect of random variable domain fuzzy controller.At last,the control effect of the traditional fuzzy controller and the random variable domain fuzzy controller is analyzed and compared by the simulation experiment,and the control performance of the designed fuzzy controller is obviously improved,the whole control process is relatively stable,and the response time is greatly shortened,and the application value is strong in the machine and the related fields.
