With the development of the automotive industry,it also drives the development of the automotive interior and exterior trim production industry.Automotive lampshades are one of the important interior and exterior components of the car,the quality of which directly affects the lighting effect of the car lights.This paper aims to automate the transformation of a company's original automobile lampshade production line.(1)Through the analysis of the material,size and post-injection treatment of automobile lampshade products,the current production status and problems of the original automobile lampshade were explored,and the automated production process was proposed;according to the improved production process,the composition of production line stations and their functions were clarified,and the control content and control functions of the production line were analyzed,and the control network structure was determined,thus the control scheme was determined.(2)The design of the main mechanical parts of the production line was carried out,including the selection of the robotic body of the robotic station,the design of the floor structure of the end effector,the design of the pneumatic circuit of the end actuator,the design of the structure of the gate shear station,the design of the structure of the electrostatic and dust removal station,the design of the gate conveyor belt station.(3)Control design of the control system was carried out,including hardware design and software design of the control.Among them,the hardware design includes the determination of control system I/O signal points,the selection of PLC and other components,the design of electrical schematics;the software design includes the design of network communication,PLC program design,robot motion control program design,the design of human-computer interaction interface,etc.(4)The simulation debugging of the PLC program was performed using the PLC program simulation software in the TIA Portal software,and after verifying and correcting the logic of the program,field debugging was performed.The results show that the automated production line control system for automotive lampshades researched and designed in this paper can greatly improve the automation of automotive lampshade production,has a high practical value and meets the requirements of customers.
