With the rapid development of automobile components industry at home and abroad,the competition in sunroof market is gradually diversified.Consumers require sunroof not only more and more beautiful,economy and safety,but also to meet environmental requirements.In addition to designing from the research and development stage of sunroof,we also need to strengthen the process control management in the production and manufacturing process of sunroof.Only in this way can we meet the actual demand of sunroof products.At present,the assembly technology of China's sunroof production enterprises is relatively backward,the scale is small,the production process control link is relatively weak.There are generally low output,substandard quality,poor reliability and other disadvantages.In this paper,the process flow of the sunroof assembly line is studied.The division of each assembly link is analyzed and designed rationally,so as to optimize the production efficiency of the sunroof assembly line.At the same time,stable operation of the sunroof assembly line is ensured by the reliability of FCS control system,the modular design of logic programmable control and the automation control system.In order to better acquire the core of the sunroof assembly line process control design,I conducted a discussion with the customer in the early stage of the project.On the premise of fully understanding customer's needs,I made clear the technical indicators and capacity requirements expected to be met by the sunroof assembly line.Combined with various standard indicators of customer's products,I formulated a detailed technical plan and emergency plan,which lay a solid foundation for the development of the whole project.The sunroof assembly line is composed of 18 stations with a span of more than 60 meters.In order to distribute the control network reasonably,the design adopts the field-bus control system(FCS)to realize the distributed control of each object,and uses the remote I/O module to collect the field data and operate the logic control,so as to realize the logic control of the sunroof assembly line with high precision and high automation System.In this paper,Siemens S7-300 series PLC is used as the main station controller,TP comfort series touch screen is used as the human machine interface(HMI),and Bosch line is selected as the driving mechanism of the main line to form an efficient and reliable sunroof assembly control platform.In addition to the application of the most efficient modular control logic to ensure the stable operation of the sunroof assembly line,it also integrates the functions of data tracing and assembly error proofing.The qualified rate of sunroof assembly is guaranteed,and the production cost of customers is reduced.Through single-station test and production trial run,the mechanical structure has been effectively running-in,the control logic has been constantly improved,and the assembly accuracy has been improved.The modular design of the control program brings convenience to the optimization of the debugging stage,shortens the debugging period,and makes the sunroof assembly line pass the acceptance and put into use according to the node smoothly.
