| The cruise industry is an important part of promoting the transformation and upgrading of the national manufacturing industry and implementing the "Made in China 2025" strategy,and developing the independent manufacturing ability of domestic cruise has great signify-cance for the development of China’s high-end ship equipment industry.Cruise construction materials is characterized by various kinds and huge quantity,the existing shipping storage management and scheduling methods of storage inbound and outbound tasks at present cannot meet the requirements of parts scheduling of tens of millions of materials and precise produc-tion.Cruise storage management satisfies production requirements by managing storage acti-vities of construction materials and reduces delays in production due to storage efficiency,so it has an important impact on domestic cruise construction.At the meantime,inbound and outbound task scheduling is the core component of storage management.Therefore,this paper studies the inbound and outbound tasks scheduling method for cruise storage,put forwards the dynamic scheduling optimization method of inbound and outbound tasks for single storage point of cruise and the collaborative scheduling optimization method of material supply and demand for cruise multi-storage points,and the application is validated through developing the corresponding prototype system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of multi-storage,dynamic scheduling and shipyard task scheduling.Based on that,the author analyzes the composition of resources and the process for cruise storage,and then forms the business model for cruise storage.Secondly,to solve the problem that cruise construction material are more frequent in and out storage,more variety and larger in quantity of materials than the general ship,the author builds the problem model of inbound and outbound tasks for single storage point of cruise and proposes a dynamic scheduling optimization method for cruise storage single storage point.Moreo ver,the validity and the practicability of the method is verified by examples.Then,the author extends the inbound and outbound tasks for single storage point to multi-storage-point inbound and outbound task allocation,builds the model of material supply-demand collaboration scheduling for multi-storage-point,and put forwards the corresponding optimization method.In addition,the applicability and the validity and the practicability of the method is proved by examples.Finally,based on the B/S architecture,the prototype system of inbound and outbound task scheduling for cruise storage is designed and developed,which verifies the validity and the functionality of the study. |
