With the continuous development of society and progress in productivity,the window and door production industry has gradually become an important part of industrial production,with window and door storage becoming a hot topic of concern for enterprises and technicians.Optimizing the working process of window and door storage can effectively improve efficiency and achieve the goal of lessening window and door storage expenditure.By reviewing relevant literature and conducting on-site research on enterprises,we investigate the optimization of window and door warehousing storage space and the optimization of the picking path of a window and door warehousing in W enterprises.In picking path optimization problem,based on the results of the window and door storage space optimization,the picking path optimization problem of the window and door storage of W enterprise is divided into three cases: one single vehicle,one single multi-vehicle,and one single multi-vehicle multiple times,based on the relationship between the size of the order volume and the size of the picking equipment,and the picking path optimization mathematical model are established for each case.The mathematical model of picking path optimization was established for each case using a genetic algorithm,and MATLAB software was used for simulation analysis to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and the model.The problem of chaotic and disorderly picking by picking equipment in window and door warehousing is solved.The distance traveled by the picking equipment when picking is shortened,the picking efficiency of the picking equipment is improved,and the wear and tear rate of the picking equipment is reduced,reducing the operating costs of window and door warehousing.In the picking path optimization problem,based on the results of a window and door storage space optimization,according to the actual problem of picking chaos in the window and door storage of W enterprise,the relationship between the size of the order volume and the size of the picking equipment capacity,the picking path optimization problem of the window and door storage of W enterprise is divided into three cases: one single vehicle,one single multi-vehicle,and one single multi-vehicle multiple times,and the picking path of the window and door storage of W enterprise is established respectively.The mathematical model of window and door storage picking path optimization of enterprise W is established separately,and the genetic algorithm and MATLAB software are used to solve and simulate each case separately,and the effectiveness of the algorithm and model is verified.It solves the problem of chaotic and disorderly picking of picking equipment in a window and door warehousing,shortens the picking distance of picking equipment,improves the efficiency of picking equipment,reduces the wear and tear of picking equipment,and reduces the operation cost of window and door warehousing.
