In recent years,with the accelerating pace of urbanization construction in our country,in the implementation of the "Internet +" under the guidance of action plan strategy,IOT,cloudcomputing,mega data as a representative of a new generation of information technology in government administration and public services,to the enterprise operation and management,and business model,and to the people's life has had a profound effect.The informatization of urban construction and management is gradually developing from digitalization and networking to automation and intellectualization,and building a smart city has become the general trend."Fire" wisdom is affiliated to the important sub module in public security sector,is wisdom city construction,public security applications in the field of an important part of city is wisdom in the specific application in the field of urban fire protection.this article which is based on the fire “wisdom” is put forward on the basis of the key unit of firefighting dynamic information fusion method,the focus fire units of fire control system information is divided into three parts,respectively is detection information fusion,video monitoring,alarm signal fusion fusion of three main body,first of all,according to the type of burning material divides the fire slow fire,fire at a moderate speed,fast and super quick fire four,Pyrosim software was used to simulate the fire curve of the key unit temperature,CO,smoke concentration slow,medium,fast and ultra-fast,and the temperature and CO of the key unit were used.Fitting curve by slow fire smoke concentration and medium speed fitting curve of fire in fire simulation curve,CO concentration and temperature as the judgment of Yin fire and flame,use Netica software with temperature,concentration of CO and smoke as input parameters to establish dynamic bayesian network is an input parameter of probability to determine the key unit of safety state.For video monitoring information fusion,using OpenCV and Java computer calculation difference for image processing,video processing grayscale,image binarization,denoising,image gray level detection,area,Angle analysis and dealing with computer technology,fire alarm message,using Java framework for Spring MVC the smoke control and extraction systems,automatic spraying system,gas extinguishing systems,fire water supply system,emergency lighting system five important node system front-end system of information into the database for alarm information fusion,software platform according to feedback the information analysis system whether normal operation,Finally,the SSM framework was used to fuse the three fusion methods into a unified Java platform,and the feasibility and rationality of the fusion method were verified by an example.
