The high earthquake risk is a basic national condition of our country, which is manifested in the high frequency of earthquakes in the West and the great influence of earthquakes in the East. After the earthquake, the intensity evaluation is the most important task of many on-site work.To obtain the intensity distribution of the earthquake area in time and accurately is very important for the deployment of rescue forces, safety appraisal of construction projects, evaluation of economic losses, restoration and reconstruction and other follow-up work. With the improvement of seismic capacity of regional structures and the application of new equipment and technology in intensity survey, new requirements are put forward for the current intensity assessment specifications in China.First of all,for the survey points with generally high seismic capacity of buildings, such as the first tier cities in the eastern part of China with relatively developed economic level, developed urban agglomerations or post earthquake recovery and reconstruction areas, due to generally high seismic fortification level, under the low intensity action intensity, the seismic damage characterization of the main body of the building structure is not obvious, and the intensity determination index is insufficient,so it is difficult to clearly distinguish the low The range of intensity.Secondly, with the development of UAV equipment and the improvement of related technologies,UAV is applied to the field survey of earthquake, which makes up for the shortage of artificial intensity survey, meets the needs of emergency response, better adapts to the disaster environment, and plays a unique advantage in the auxiliary intensity survey. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to use UAV to assist the intensity survey and provide the corresponding intensity discrimination index. In this paper, starting from the corresponding relationship between the seismic damage performance of several non structural components and structures and the seismic macro intensity, combined with the latest progress of relevant research and model test, and referring to the content of existing relevant specifications, the supplementary index of intensity discrimination for the above cases is given. At the same time, considering the advantages and disadvantages of UAV technology in the field investigation, the principle of UAV Based Disaster acquisition and intensity discrimination index are given. The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The work content of seismic intensity evaluation in China is briefly described, and the importance of intensity survey in the field of earthquake engineering is discussed.Examples of recent earthquakes in China are listed, challenges in field investigation are discussed, and problems in intensity investigation are put forward.2.Based on the indexes of non structural components and structures, the corresponding relationship between the degree of earthquake damage and the intensityis compared and analyzed, and the suggestion table of the supplementary index of low intensity range is given. The index is classified by the method of hierarchical weight decision-making analysis, which meets the low intensity range judgment of the survey points with generally better seismic performance of regional buildings Other indicators of demand.3.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of UAV in the earthquake disaster investigation, according to the characteristics of the disaster easily obtained from the UAV perspective, the macro intensity discrimination index is selected, and the suggestion table of the macro intensity discrimination index based on the UAV visual interpretation is given, and the working principle of the UAV application of auxiliary intensity investigation is proposed to improve the investigation efficiency on the premise of ensuring the accuracy.
