Earthquake has been one of the most important problems of human natural disasters.After entering the 21 st century,especially the earthquake disasters,caused an immeasurable loss to human society.And The high-rise residential structures were damaged in the earthquake activity is particularly serious,causing casualties is also the biggest in all kinds of buildings.Structure design personnel,on the other hand,because be engaged in specific work,often due to the unreasonable structure selection and cause unnecessary waste.In view of the above two aspects,this article will discuss the different seismic intensity of high-rise residential structure selection and economical analysis of the structure,in an effort to meet the requirements of seismic reach the most economical effect.In this paper,the specific work includes the following aspects:Firstly,Structural type selection and layout stage.Through data collection,according to the current specification,the primary structure types and characteristics of the high-rise residential can be preliminarily determined,Analysis of the structure calculation,structure and related problems;According to seismic code and other related regulations,combined with examples and the preliminary results,respectively,to determine what structure types can be adopted in the seismic intensity of 6 degrees,7 degrees,8 degrees;Is the selection of each kind of structure type further select two layout.Secondly,structural calculation stage.According to the results of the selection,on the same high-rise residential projects,building structures under seismic intensity of 6 degrees the overall model.According to the relevant specification for calculation,the analysis of the selection of related parameters.Respectively by using the same method of 7,8 degrees of structural analysis.Thirdly,comparative analysis stage.According to the calculation results,and through the comparison of control parameter and economic indicators,respectively select the optimal arrangement scheme of seismic intensity of 6 degrees,7 degrees and 8 degrees.Fourthly,the comparison of different seismic intensity.For the above calculation results,comparing three kinds of seismic intensity under three kinds of optimal solution,and then analysis the selection characteristics of high-rise residential structure of different seismic intensity region,which as a reference for designers.
