Flight simulator is one of the main methods of flight training whose training effect can be obtained through the flight quality evaluation system.At present,the evaluation system is mainly military aircraft which is not suitable for low-altitude fields.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop the set of general aircraft flight training quality intelligent evaluation system based on the characteristics of general aircraft for the development of China's general aviation industry along with its rapid development.This article designs a set of evaluation system to provide objective guidance for general aircraft flight training and improve training level and efficiency.According to the flight parameters recorded during the training,the stages are divided firstly: The one-dimensional height data which reflect stage characteristics in phase space is rebuilt to get the reconstructed trajectory of chaotic attractor that is equivalent to original dynamic system and Local Tangent Space Alignment algorithm is applied to the reconstructed track to divide the phase of flight parameters accurately and adaptively.Then action recognition is carried out on the basis of stage division: The phase space reconstruction sequences of height,roll angle and pitch angle are merged based on Bayesian theory to generate the new fusion sequence where the maneuvering motion segment is extracted and the sequence complexity of action segments are qualitatively and quantitatively described by recurrence plot and approximate entropy value.Finally,intelligent evaluation is completed: The appropriate evaluation indicators are selected and evaluation rules are formulated based on the flight training outline.Then the evaluation weight value of each rule for each flight data is determined reasonably through entropy weight method to obtain the evaluation result.The system adopts VC ++ development tools,takes MFC dialog box as the main design idea,combined with SQL Server2008 database platform to jointly develop the realization.And mainly has functions such as training environment configuration and task release,training operation management and control,training process intelligent evaluation,training evaluation and playback,and database management.It can objectively,quickly and comprehensively realize the intelligent evaluation of flight training quality.Verifying the results through multiple real continuous flight data of one certain type of aircraft,which show that the methods proposed in this paper can divide flight stages and identify flight movements quickly and accurately,and can get evaluation results objectively.
