| Different from the traditional armour piercing engineering mechanics,because of the particularity of the ship structure,the ship is a box structure enclosed by multi-layer stiffened plate frame,so the penetration object of the missile body is stiffened plate frame structure,and the components of the bearing capacity in the penetration process are cross beam,longitudinal bone,longitudinal truss and other profiles,which is different from the characteristics of the traditional armour piercing mechanics,which takes infinite thickness plate and thin plate as the research object,so in the process of breaking There are some differences in the bad mode;and the ship space plate frame is surrounded by a variety of plate frames at different positions,forming a large number of different vertical plates and horizontal plates,which are different from the superposition of multi-layer plates in the traditional armor piercing mechanics,so the penetration mode is different.In addition,there are two common problems in the anti-ship missile’s attack on ships:the stability of fuze and the stability of trajectory,which determine whether the anti-ship missile can effectively damage the target ships.However,the multi-layer effect of ship space structure on the multi-layer continuous impact of anti-ship missile body will severely affect the stability of missile body fuse and ballistic stability.Therefore,based on the idea of "combination of missile and target",this paper studies the trajectory and damage of anti-ship missile penetrating into the space plate structure of the ship,and discusses the impact of the structural characteristics of the ship on the penetration of the missile,so as to provide some reference for the accurate strike and damage assessment of the anti-ship missile to the ship.The main contents of this paper include the following three parts:Firstly,the research on the dynamic model and damage characteristics of the stiffened plate structure is carried out.Based on the basic principle of plastic mechanics,the dynamic model of the plate frame structure is put forward,and the calculation formula of the maximum plastic displacement and the large and small plastic area of the plate frame structure is given by theoretical methodThen,the research on the change law of the angle of the stiffened plate structure of the projectile penetrating the ship is carried out.Based on the basic principle of plastic mechanics,the change formula of the angle of the projectile penetrating the plate frame structure is deduced,and the feasibility of the fast prediction method for the projectile trajectory prediction in engineering is verified by the combination of numerical value and experiment.Finally,according to the relevant parameters in the formula of angle change,the parametric study is carried out to analyze the influence of these parameters on the penetration results.At last,the research of the projectile penetrating into the space plate structure of the ship is carried out.Firstly,the influence of the transverse bulkhead on the penetrating traj ectory and damage is focused by the method of controlling variables.The penetration characteristics of the projectile under different initial impact point,initial velocity,initial attack angle,initial impact angle and the structural form of the transverse bulkhead are studied respectively,so as to obtain the shadow of the transverse bulkhead on the penetrating trajectory and damage of the projectile Ring.Then,by using probability theory and geometry method,the different penetration modes caused by different order of projectile penetrating deck and transverse bulkhead are studied,and the mathematical model of projectile penetrating ship space plate frame is established based on the statistical characteristics of related ship structure and the penetration characteristics of projectile.Based on the mathematical model,each penetration mode is analyzed,and the probability and initial conditions of different penetration modes are given. |
