The Research Of The Planing And Design For The Han Yu Theme Park In Mengzhou City

The historical and cultural theme parks are theme parks which were built with unique local characteristics and humanistic atmosphere by integrating the history and culture of a city into the park planning and design.From the perspective of highlighting the local culture,combining the natural environment,serving the local people,the objective of the paper,guided by construction methods,expression practices,and design principles of historical and cultural landscapes,is to explore the regional characteristics of historical and cultural parks at Mengzhou.The project site that the paper discussed is located at Mengzhou,jiaozuo,Henan Province.Considering that a lot of Han Yu-relevant resources remains at Mengzhou because it is the hometown of him and there is an absence of a city park that themes in Han Yu,the goal and significance of the paper is to design a theme park that represents the culture of Han Yu as part of the urban planning of the city of Mengzhou,thereby providing visitors a place with the purpose of leisure and entertainment,cultural education,and recollecting history,as well as increasing the type,proportion,and quality of green spaces.The paper first introduces the concepts of parks and historical and cultural theme parks by summarizing related literatures,which include organizing the historical and cultural theme parks research at home and aboard,analyzing the outstanding cases,and studying the design principles,design strategies,and expression practices of historical and cultural theme park planning and design.Secondly,through consulting the literatures,the paper explores the meaning and the implication,the spirit and the symbol,the history and the extension,the folk customs of Han Yu culture.Through the research above,the paper will practice the learned-knowledge in the planning and design process of Han Yu theme park.In the scope of modern industrial planning,the Han Yu theme park highlights its functional division and lays out the primary and secondary spaces appropriately,which reflects the important values of geographical advantages and cultural characteristics in the development of modern park planning and design process.Through planning and design the park,people will understand the culture and inheritance of Han Yu,which is not only just for raising the attention of Han Yu culture among local residents but for attracting a closer attention to the history and culture of Han Yu culture in a broader scale of people to enhance the cultural pride of people.
