The offshore wind turbine is a type of crucial ocean engineering equipment.As the key equipment for the development and utilization of marine renewable energy in China,offshore wind turbine face many kinds of risk during operation.Compared with onshore wind turbines,offshore wind turbines are faced with the harsh marine environment,and most of them are located far from the coast in the deep sea.It is more difficult to manage logistics including maintenance and supply.During the operation of offshore wind turbines,it is very likely that the system will shut down due to the failure.Once the maintenance is improper,it will have a negative influence on the power output,reliability and overall performance of the wind farm,resulting in lower wind power utilization.This paper will select the offshore wind turbine as the research object,analyze its reliability and study its reasonable maintenance method,and provide guidance for the management of offshore wind farms.In this paper,Markov methods will be used to calculate the reliability of the offshore wind turbines and develop a suitable method to improve the reliability.Firstly,based on the Markov method,the working characteristics of the offshore wind turbine components are researched to establish a suitable Markov model.Based on the published statistical data,the model parameters are introduced to calculate the reliability parameters.Then,using the non-homogeneous continuous time Markov process,based on the previous reliability calculation,the state transition model is established,and the optimal maintenance interval of the components is calculated.Meanwhile,economics is selected as an optimization criterion and I try to simulate the scheduling of daily operation and maintenance of the wind farm realistically.Finally,based on the previous calculation results,an opportunistic opportunity maintenance model is adopted,considering the interaction relationship between multiple components.The overall maintenance strategy is optimized and the concept of repairing multiple components at one time is introduced.Considering the criteria,the study aims to develop the most appropriate maintenance plan.The research of this thesis aims to provide reasonable theoretical support and technical guidance for the offshore wind power industry in the area of wind farm operation,wind turbine maintenance and cost control,and then promote the development of China's offshore wind power industry.
