The new energy generation has been developing for a long time,which is as result of the adjustment of China's energy policy,in recent years.The wind power generation which is a typical representative of new energy generation is vigorously promoted.In addition,the wind power generation is transferred from land-based wind power to offshore wind power generation and has initially formed scale with the adjustment of electricity structure in coastal areas.However,the maintenance strategy cannot be worked out quickly and effectively by the maintenance agencies or personnel at present.In this paper,the opportunity maintenance strategy model for offshore wind turbines based on part reliability is established for the marine wind turbine composed of multi component systems.Firstly,the general theory of component opportunistic maintenance and fault function theory at home and abroad are detailedly elaborated through the basic maintenance strategy,the concept of opportunistic maintenance and Weibull distribution function,etc.Secondly,the maintenance strategy of offshore wind farms is analyzed for offshore wind turbine operation and maintenance strategies to providing information and data support,which is based on the operation and maintenance environment of offshore wind farms,the components of maintenance cost and the formulation of operation strategy.Finally,The multi component series structure system of wind electric field in a sea is selected as the object to research the preventive opportunity based on the operating reliability and maintenance cost of the components.At the same time,the set reliability threshold set corresponding to the lowest total maintenance cost in a limited time region is set up based on the analysis and calculation of GA genetic algorithm.The opportunistic maintenance strategy model for offshore wind turbines based on component reliability in this paper is proposed for offshore wind turbine operators to maintain their units efficiently and effectively with providing theoretical support,which can effectively reduce the operation times of sea operation and maintenance,and have practical guiding significance for the maintenance work of offshore wind turbines.
