Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)relies on its advantages of simple mechanical structure,low manufacturing cost and good dynamic response to be used in electric vehicles and industrial transmission fields.However,SRM has some problems such as large torque ripple and insufficient efficiency which severely limits its application.In this paper,aiming at the optimization control problem of SRM,the control strategy,control mode and control parameter optimization research are carried out.Different control modes are adopted according to different speeds.In order to limit the excessive current at low speed,the current chopper control method(CCC)is adopted;at high speed,the single pulse angle position control method(APC)is adopted.At ultrahigh speed,it is difficult for the current to rise due to the effect of back-EMF,and the torque output performance of the motor is reduced.It is difficult to further realize constant power operation.In order to expand the constant power operation area of SRM,this paper studies and adopts a new type of continuous current conduction at ultra-high speed.Continuous Conduction Mode(CCM)to greatly improve the output performance of SRM and broaden the speed regulation range of the system.The control of SRM includes average torque control and instantaneous torque control.Although instantaneous torque control is beneficial to reduce torque ripple,the output efficiency of instantaneous torque control is low and the operating range of the system is limited.In order to meet the wide speed range operation of the motor,this thesis is based on the average torque control to carry out the optimization research of the control mode,control strategy and control parameters.The maximum output torque,efficiency(torque ampere ratio)and torque ripple are all indicators for evaluating the output performance of the motor.Under different torque speed operating conditions,the focus on these indicators is different.In this paper,different optimization indexes are designed according to the requirements of different torque and speed working areas,and further researches on optimized control strategies and optimized control parameters have been carried out.In the low-speed stage,the main optimization goal is to reduce torque ripple,and the angle optimization law is studied.Due to the large torque ripple at the light load of medium and high speed,reducing torque ripple is also the main optimization objective at this stage,and efficiency is the main optimization objective for most other operating areas.CCM is used for ultra-high-speed operation,and the output torque and operating efficiency of the motor are greatly improved through angle optimization,and highperformance operation within the full speed range of SRM is realized.In this paper,a 1.1k W three-phase 12/8-pole SRM is used as a prototype to build an experimental platform for the motor speed control system,and the SRM full-speed range operation experiment is carried out on the experimental platform.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results.The effectiveness of the proposed optimization method for control parameters is verified.
