In industrial process control,temperature is the most common controlled parameter.In order to realize high-efficient and stable operation of temperature,it is often desirable that the controlled temperature reach the set point quickly and stably.Due to the characteristics of large inertia and delay,it is difficult to meet the requirements for modern industrial production using traditional control methods,which poses the necessity to adopt new control methods.In this paper,the temperature in a SXF-4-10 electric heating furnace system is taken as an example,and the following methods are propoed.Firstly,a two degree of freedom Generalized-Dahlin response control(GDC)algorithm is proposed.The method uses the idea of generalized predictive input to predict the future trajectory and introduces the generalized input process to preprocess the control quantity and output quantity of the discrete model.In order to further improve the response speed of the electric heating furnace system,the idea of simple model predictive control(SMPC)is combined with the Dahlin algorithm to form a two degree of freedom GDC to achieve fast response performance of the system.The disturbance rejection ability of the two degree of freedom GDC is further verified.Finally,simulation and application are conducted to evaluate the control method.Results show that the algorithm yields fast set point tracking and disturbance rejection.Secondly,a two degree of freedom generalized control method based on fractional order model(FGC)is proposed to improve the accuracy of the integral order model.In order to simplify the treatment of fractional order model,this paper uses the oustaloup approximation to approximate the fractional order model to a higher order integer order model.The fast response performance is improved by the pretreatment of the model through generalized input and the design of a new two degree of freedom generalized controller that uses the deviation gain parameter.Finally,the algorithm is applied to the temperature control of the electric heating furnace.Through the comparative analysis of experimental data,it shows that the modified algorithm is effective.
