3D annotation technology is the basis of realizing the integration and automation of parts from design to production.The verification of 3D annotation correctness can avoid the errors about the transmission of part information from the design department to the manufacture department,thus the production efficiency of parts would improve.Ensuring the accuracy of 3D annotation is always the focus of industrial integration.The existing 3D annotation verification software does not analyze the positioning relationship between the geometric elements on the part,so it can't reflect the error transfer relation of part surfaces and contribute to the integration of the part production.In this paper,the concept of error transfer graph of geometric elements of the part is proposed,which is used to reflect the positioning relationship between geometric elements on the part.Based on the error transfer graph of geometric elements,the integrity of 3D dimension and the rationality of datum of geometric tolerance can be analyzed.By using the secondary development function of Solidworks,automatic generation algorithm of geometric element error transfer graph and 3D annotation automatic verification software are developed.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following five parts:1.Summarizing the development history and current situation of 3D annotation technology at home and abroad,analyzing the research of 3D annotation correctness verification,pointing out the shortcomings of existing verification software,introducing the significance of this study,and summarizing the overall structure of this paper.2.Introducing the basic concepts of 3D annotation,including the elements associated with 3D annotation,the types of explicit and implicit 3D annotation and related regulations.The degree of freedom constraint ability between geometric elements is explained,and the dimensioning situation that geometric elements are completely located is summed up,which provides a theoretical basis for the verification of the correctness of dimensioning.3.Introducing the related concepts of the error transfer graph of geometric elements,and putting forward seven kinds of judgment rules of datum-target relationship needed for generating the error transfer graph of geometric elements.4.The algorithm of generating the error transfer graph of geometric elements is designed,and the algorithm of seven kinds of judgment rules of datum-target relationship is given,and the priority of the seven rules is explained.5.Introducing the relevant functions of the verification software of 3D annotation correctness developed in this paper,and shows the generation process of the error transfer graph of geometric elements and correctness judgment process through an example.
