With the rapid development of information technology, economic globalization andinformation integration, product design has experienced the early hand-drawing,2D CADdrawings,3D modeling techniques stage. With the deepening application of3D CADtechnology,3D Annotation technology has been widely adopted gradually.3D Annotationtechnology can move the three-dimensional design manufacturing process information of theproduct from two-dimensional drawings to a three-dimensional part model, and theinformation can also be organized, integrated into a three-dimensional model, and canconstitute the main model of the product with three-dimensional CAD model together, inorder to complete the product’s comprehensive digital definition.The management of entity model’s annotation information can effectively makeannotation information be classified according to the solid model, can realize the display on aentity model clearly and coherently, to effectively solve the problem of "hedgehog"phenomenon which exists in3D annotation technology.3D Annotation technology is still inthe phase of preliminary exploration in China, so on account of the National Natural ScienceFoundation of "institutional learning model approach fixture positioning error analysis", thispaper studies the three-dimensional solid model information management method which isbased on annotation information association feature relation graph of solid model, anddevelops the classified displaying prototype system of3D annotation informationmanagement。The following several aspects of research on the classified displaying prototype systemof entity model label information which is based on3D annotation information managementmethods of labeling information graph are discussed in this paper:(1) The marking of non-geometric manufacturing information in3D solid model.Bymeans of PMI module supplied by UG NX7.5system, the expression of non-geometricmanufacturing information in3D solid model is realized. In this paper, PMI module marksdimensions and geometric tolerances and other information required for the manufacture ofsolid model design.(2) Automatic recognition and extraction of3D Annotation information in3D solidmodel. A lot of UG/Open API functions are provided in UG NX7.5system, and by invokingrelevant functions, automatic recognition and extraction of non-geometric manufacturinginformation in3D solid model are realized. (3) Based on the part feature relations to establish the annotation information graph.Taking advantage of the relationship associated with the feature information among the partsestablishes the data structure diagram, so that all of the annotation information based on therelationship of each individual constituting the label information is shown in Fig.(4) Category of annotation information display. Based on the well-established labelinformation map, selecting a given part features according to human-computer interaction, viathe traversal research of the label information graph can get the relevant features of other parts,so you can take advantage of UG/Open API function to traverse the marked map to getinformation marking information exists between the part features displayed in the3D model.The Automatic programming prototype software of3D annotation informationmanagement based on the connection diagram is programmed by UG NX7.5developingplatform and VC++6.0developing environment, and will be proved by example.
