As people's living standards improve and industrialization develops,the pollution caused by water resources is also growing.In this paper,the flocculation process in tap water production is used as a background,and the surrounding floc is added to the flocculation tank to promote the flocculation reaction,thereby improving the water quality.The main work is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of flocculation kinetics,an efficient flocculation pathway is proposed,which is analyzed by increasing the number of vortices,controlling the vortex scale and reasonable distribution of energy,and proposing an adjustable vortex flocculation tank.(2)Through the simulation analysis of the constructed flocculation tank,except for the buffer zone and the sedimentation zone,the flow velocity is generally in the range of 0.04?0.1m/s to explore the blade under different chord length and angle state.The variation of vortex scale,vorticity value,vortex intensity,shedding frequency and Strouhal number can be obtained by summarizing and analyzing:the vortex scale increases with the increase of the feature length,and has little effect on the flow velocity.The vorticity value increases with the increase of the feature length,and also increases with the increase of the flow velocity;the vortex intensity increases with the increase of the feature length,It's also proportional to the flow rate;The length of the feature decreases and decreases,But it's proportional to the velocity of the flow;for the Strouhal number,it can be approximated as a constant with little change.(3)After the preparation of the adjustable vortex flocculation tank is completed,the number of blade vortex generators in each corridor of the adjustable vortex flocculation tank is explored by considering The effect of flocculation and the static condition of the solution were considered.The effect is that for the large blade vortex generator,the turbidity removal rate of the 8 sets of blade vortex generators is the best,and in the case of the turbidity removal rates of the 10 groups and 6 groups are basically the same.For the small blades,the 10 sets of small blade vortex generators had the best turbidity removal rate.The turbidity removal rate was basically the same in the 12 and 8 groups.In terms of angle,the analysis is carried out by two kinds of blade vortex generators,which are analyzed according to the removal rate of turbidity and the static precipitation condition,and 45°is the best.Finally,two vortex generators with different chord lengths were used to make the water level almost the same,the analysis of the pre-stage device more small blade vortex generator can increase the number of vortices to improve the flocculation effect,and the later small blade vortex occurs.The generation of small-scale vortices is not conducive to the flocculation reaction.
