With the development of economy and the progress of human society,the problems of environmental pollution and energy crisis caused by excessive consumption of fossil energy have become increasingly prominent.Solar energy,as a kind of green sustainable energy,has the advantages of abundant resources,high energy quality,economic reliability,etc.Making full use of solar energy resources is an effective way to solve the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution.Photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold storage air conditioner not only save operating costs,but also effectively reduce the "photo-electric-cold" energy conversion loss and improve photovoltaic refrigeration efficiency.The study on photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor refrigeration air-conditioning focuses on the feasibility of different types of photovoltaic refrigeration and applications at present.There is a lack of study on the measurement and control system of photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor refrigeration air-conditioning and operating characteristics of system components.The study aims to build a photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold-storage air conditioners with cooling capacity of 7.5k W,and to develop corresponding measurement and control systems.The main study contents are as follows:(1)Study on the optimal inclination of photovoltaic array and the pitch of front and rear photovoltaic panels in Kunming,Yunnan province with Pvsyst software platform,the results showed that,the optimal inclination of photovoltaic array is 10°in summer and the best distance between the rows of photovoltaic panels is 4m.(2)The structure and principle of photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold-storage air conditioner were elaborated,and a set of photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold-storage air-conditioning experimental system was set up.The tests showed that the photovoltaic power generation system,refrigeration storage system,and cooling cycle system operated safely and stably.An energy transfer model of photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold-storage air conditioner was established,and performance evaluation standards were proposed to provide a reference for system optimization design.(3)The requirement analysis of the function,performance,safety and reliability of the photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold storage air conditioning measurement and control system was carried out,and the overall architecture design of the measurement and control system was proposed.Developed photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold-storage air-conditioning measurement and control system software to achieve data collection,processing,storage,query,and equipment control functions.(4)The operation test of the hardware of the measurement and control system of the photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold-storage air-conditioning was carried out.The results showed that: each module and electrical circuit reached the predetermined design requirements,and the functionality,safety and reliability were good.The black and white box test and stability test were carried out on the measurement and control software of the photovoltaic direct-drive inverter compressor cold storage air conditioner.The results show that the measurement and control software is executed according to the set logic,and the data transmission has high real-time performance and strong stability.
