The paper employs the method of combing theory with experiment study on the base of the condition we already had. The economic technical analysis of general air-conditioning system, ice-storage air-conditioning system and ice-C7 mixed cool-storage air-conditioning system indicts that the mixed cool-storage system is feasible because the increased first cost of it will recover in a year. And the recovery time of ice-C7 system is shorter than the ice-storage system.Through the analysis of different mixed proportion of PCM affecting cool-storage tank, the results indicate that the thickness of ice affects the performance of cool-storage tank seriously, and the best mixed proportion range of quality is from 1.8 to 3.6, the mixed proportion range of volume is from 3.2 to 6.4, when the thickness of ice is 14mm.The data of experiment indict that the application of PCM-C7 is not only increases the cool-storage capacity (when the quality of PCM-C7 is 35.875kg or 23.625kg, the cool-storage capacity increases 18.73%, 13.43% and the cool-release increases 18.90%, 11.7% corresponding compared with the cool-storage tank having no PCM-C7), but also enhances the evaporating temperature (when the quality of PCM-C7 is 35.875kg or 23.625kg, the evaporating temperature increases 2.140℃, 2.654℃corresponding compared with the cool-storage tank having no PCM-C7) and when the quality of PCM-C7 is more than 23.625 kg is well, which the mixed proporation of quality is less than 4.507 and the prpporation of volume is less than 8.112. The experiment also indicts that the water in cool-storage have excellent fluidness in cool-rlease process.
