As an important component of the building structure,the roof(roof)not only plays an important role in structural bearing and earthquake resistance,but also has a high proportion in cost,and its importance is obvious.The prefabricated RC floor can achieve good structural performance and superior economic benefits,which is an important development direction of the construction industry.The distributed connection fully assembled RC floor studied in this paper is composed of prefabricated panels and embedded connectors.It has many advantages such as good structural performance,easy construction,energy saving and environmental protection.Experimental research shows that it has good in-plane stiffness and vertical bearing capacity.However,the structure of distributed connection fully assembled RC floor is different in two directions,and the rigidity of the two directions is also quite different,making DCPCD an orthotropic plate,and the calculation method of its bearing capacity is not yet clear.In order to further reveal the vertical bearing mechanism of DCPCD,two types of vertical bearing performance tests were carried out on the floor: one is the vertical bearing performance test of DCPCD in the direction of horizontal board joints under the condition of simply supported at both ends(6 DCPCD test pieces,cast-in-place)2 specimens),mainly to investigate the influence of the number of seams and the number of joints on the transverse force performance of DCPCD;the second type is the DCPCD vertical bearing performance test under the condition of simple four-sided support.Two DCPCD specimens and One whole-cast floor test specimen.At the same time,the analysis of the test results is carried out by finite element simulation and theoretical method derivation.The force and bearing mechanism of the floor are analyzed,and the calculation method of the transverse flexural rigidity is deduced.The main contents are as follows:(1)A distributed connection fully assembled RC floor load bearing test was carried out to study the crack condition,bearing capacity,stiffness,deformation and other mechanical properties of the floor under vertical load,and the DCPCD vertical bearing mechanism and failure process were revealed.Comprehensive test data can be used as the basis for judgingthe accuracy of theoretical calculation results and the rationality of numerical models.(2)Establish a numerical simulation analysis model of the whole floor,and verify the correctness of the simulation method according to the test results.According to the simulation results,the stress and strain distribution of the floor distribution bars,connectors and concrete are analyzed,and the vertical bearing characteristics of the floor and the failure process of the load and the order of yielding of the connectors are revealed.Reveal the vertical bearing characteristics of the floor.(3)Based on the lateral bending deformation characteristics of the floor,a simplified calculation model of the transverse bending stiffness is established,the calculation method of the stiffness of the joint area is optimized,and the calculation method of the transverse bending stiffness is calculated by the conjugate method,and verified by experiments The correctness of the transverse plate stiffness theory method is obtained;the bending moment and deflection expressions of DCPDC under vertical uniform load under four-sided simply supported condition are obtained based on the theory of small deflection of orthotropic elastic thin plate,and verified by the test The accuracy of the proposed method is analyzed;through the parameter analysis,the ideas and suggestions for the design of the floor by changing the transverse-span stiffness ratio of the floor are proposed.The research results can provide reference and basis for the research and application of dry floor.
