| Prefabrication and assembly structure is a kind of structural form which is popularized by our country in recent years because of its advantages of short construction period, energy saving and emission reduction, green environmental protection and so on.As a kind of prefabricated structure, prefabricated steel reinforced concrete structure has better bearing capacity. However, the research on the connection structure between prefabricated members is limited at present, and the connection between prefabricated members is the key to the safety and stability of the whole prefabricated structure system. How to connect the prefabricated steel reinforced concrete members conveniently and reliably has become the main reason to restrict the popularization of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete structures. In this paper, based on the research results at home and abroad,a variety of new connection methods were designed and applied to the precast steel reinforced concrete members, and the mechanical properties of the new connection structures’ joint were analyzed and studied by the method of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.Using flange plate, bolt, reinforced straight thread sleeve, grouting sleeve and other connecting parts with good mechanical properties,A variety of new connection methods between prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column and steel reinforced concrete column, prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column and reinforced concrete column, prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column and steel reinforced concrete beam, prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column and reinforced concrete beam, prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column and steel beam, prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column and steel beam, steel reinforced concrete column and foundation were designed.Corresponding to each connection mode, the fabrication and specific connection process of prefabricated components were given.According to the basic principles of mechanics, this paper analyzed the forces of the new connection, including stress analysis of the important load-carrying parts and as well as the formulas of shear, bending and compressive bearing capacity of prefabricated members’joint.Using ABAQUS software, the numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the splicing components of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete columns and steel reinforced concrete columns,as well as the connecting components of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete columns and steel reinforced concrete beams.Through the comparative analysis of prefabricated members and cast-in-place members,it showed that the two mechanical properties were basically the same.In addition, this paper analyzed the influence of concrete strength, number of bolts, flange thickness and axial compression ratio on the mechanical properties of prefabricated members. The results showed that the bearing capacity of prefabricated members increased with the increase of these design parameters. However, with the increase of bolts’ number, the improvement degree of bearing capacity was declining. When the number of bolts exceeded 12,the improvement of the bearing capacity was basically not affected.Similarly, when the thickness of flange plate at the joint was more than 30mm,the influence of increasing the thickness on the bearing capacity of prefabricated members was not significant. |
