Dust removal system is a discrete,multivariable,large time delay,time-varying fluctuation system,and the pipeline gas-solid two-phase flow limits the use of the regulating valve in dust removal system,so that it is difficult to stabilize and balance the air volume and the effect of dust can not be guaranteed,resulting in dust concentration of the operating environment does not meet the health and safety standards,do a major harm to environment,human health and production.In this paper,the instability of the dust removal system is studied by qualitative analysis and theoretical calculation.In view of the instability of the dust removal system and the poor dust removal efficiency,a new valve body with adjustable is proposed to dynamically eliminate the pressure fluctuation on the pipe network,so to maintain the system air flow stability and ensure dust removal effect.Through experiment and CFD numerical simulation,proved that the adjustable wear-resisbant orifice plate with good regulation performance can stabilize the air volume of the system well under different pressure fluctuation,and the local resistance coefficient of the valve body is linearly related to the spool displacement.Based on the DPM wear model and UDF programming of CFD,the erosion wear model of the adjustable wear plate was established and conclude its wear performance by simulation calculation,and conclude that the overall wear resistance of the valve body can be improved with the upwind face of orifice using wear-resistant ceramic.Due to the characteristics of pipe network pressure,the adaptive fuzzy PID control system of pressure-adjustable wear-resistant orifice plate is designed,which integrated the advantages of PID control and fuzzy control.So the displacement of the spool can be changed automatically according to the pressure of the pipe network,which makes the air volume of the system dynamically stabilized and balanced.And simulink simulation of the control system shows that the adjustable wear-resistant orifice plate adopts the adaptive fuzzy PID control can adapt well to the unstable characteristics of the dust removal system by using MATLAB.
