Budget management is an important management means and tools of enterprises,and it is the core of enterprise management and control system.But in the practice of enterprises,the problems of budget management emerge in endlessly,and the complexity of internal management and the uncertainty of external environment put forward new requirements to budget management.Budget is not a simple "account book",but related to corporate governance,budget management runs through all aspects of business management activities,is an important tool to improve the overall performance and management level of enterprises.As one of the pillar industries of our national economy,since the reform and opening up,China's construction industry has developed rapidly,its construction capacity has been continuously strengthened,and its industrial scale has been continuously expanded,which has led to a large number of related industries and made important contributions to economic and social development,urban and rural construction and the improvement of people's livelihood.However,at present,many construction enterprises are still relatively extensive management methods,lack of means of budget management.In order to adapt to the new changes of the market situation and enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises,it is necessary to constantly improve the management means of enterprises.Project budget management is an important part of internal management and project management in construction enterprises.Calculation management model.from the financial budget revenue,cost and other business integration,can strengthen the project management and control,promote the integration of industry and finance,stimulate the vitality of enterprises,thereby improving the economic benefits of enterprises,promote the healthy development of enterprises.Based on this,this paper explores how the construction enterprises should optimize the project budget management system based on the integration of industry and finance to meet their own management and development needs.This paper studies this problem in the form of case analysis.Case H Company is a typical construction enterprise,which has some problems such as extensive management and unbalanced development.This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the project budget management of H Company,and gives reasonable optimization suggestions.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide experience for the optimization of project budget management in construction enterprises,and enrich the research on budget management to a certain extent.
