With the continuous development and progress of today's society,it is very important to ensure the safe development and operation of the industry in the chemical park.It is very important to do a good job in monitoring the leakage of harmful gas.And monitoring standards and standards,gas detection equipment is also constantly updated,but due to the late start of domestic research and development of gas detection equipment,domestic detectors have long-term stability,weak anti-interference ability and poor communication capabilities.A gas detector with wireless communication function and stable performance is very necessary.Entrusted by a petrochemical company,the subject selected a stable H2S sensor,verified the characteristics of the sensor,and studied the compensation algorithm of the sensor,designed a wireless high-precision gas detector based on STM32,and adopted on-chip AD as the simulation The signal acquisition converter has a TFT liquid crystal display device,which displays the real-time detected data and the temperature in the environment.For the working characteristics and needs of the chemical park,this design uses two communication methods,one is through the USB interface of the device,Send data to the upper computer through wired connection to realize real-time detection of the vehicle in the park,and the other is to send to the cloud server through the wireless module DTU?Data Transfer unit?,which can work simultaneously to detect toxic and harmful gases at different locations in the park,It is convenient to collect observation data in the background,and the control room performs data analysis to issue an alarm signal.The thesis studies from two directions:hardware design and software design.The hardware design uses the core chip of the STM32F103ZET6 controller to design the circuit to ensure the normal operation of the device,including the core circuit and the peripheral circuit.The circuit schematic diagram and PCB designed by AD13 Model diagram,the software uses MDK5 as the development environment,C language is the core language of programming,and the application programming completed by the STM32 standard library function,mainly includes the main program,temperature detection program,H2S concentration detection program,digital filtering,linear fitting The design of algorithm,temperature compensation algorithm,AD conversion program,TFT LCD display program,key program,USB interface communication program and wireless communication program adopts modular programming idea,which is convenient for later maintenance and modification and adding functions to improve the stability of the equipment In this design,the joint debugging of hardware and software is completed to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.Under the existing calibration conditions,calibrate the sensor output characteristics,verify the performance of the sensor,draw the sensor output characteristic fitting curve,and add a temperature compensation algorithm,add the calculation to the device,and then complete the system calibration and the work of testing stability.And researched an automatic correction device,which can realize the zero adjustment of equipment manually and automatically.After a period of data experiments and tests,it is shown that the system meets the requirements in terms of design and errors.At the end of this thesis,the defects and deficiencies of the system design are pointed out,and the detection system needs to be further improved.
