Reusable Design Of Corrugated Packaging Products Design

As a packaging material,corrugated paper is widely used in various products,and most corrugated paper packaging is difficult to escape the fate of being discarded after completing the packaging mission.This study attempts to design a series of corrugated paper packaging products with the function of recycling.Guided by green packaging design ideas,based on a large number of market surveys,the corrugated paper-based folding structure packaging box was selected as the research object,and five specific sizes were determined according to the commonly used size range of the box type.The design function is practical and standard.The packaging products are reasonable,beautiful in appearance,and convenient for users to transform and reuse.For 390mm*385mm*80mm,385mm*290*80mm,345mm*215mm*80mm,260mm*160mm*60mm,240mm*225mm*50mm and other box sizes,conceive the function and scale to match the box size and reuse Product type;the graphic steps of the reuse plan are made and communicated to consumers for later operation;in order to enrich the color and decoration effect of the reused product,two decorative color schemes and implementation methods are provided for possible future use of the packaging box The brand or independent merchants provide reference.The first is to print the designed color scheme on the reused place of the packaging box,and the second is to attach the designed color scheme to the packaging box in the form of stick-able decorative stickers.The presentation steps of the illustrated steps are consistent with the decorative colors,both of which have different costs and decorative effects;the strength,processing characteristics,and reuse user operation methods of the E-shaped corrugated cardboard are designed at the time of the first manufacturing of the packaging box.Pres-processing solutions such as indentation and dashed-line technology;for the hands-on transformation process of reuse,design a special connection structure or provide the necessary Accessories.This design uses five types of folding structure packaging boxes with E-shaped corrugated paper as the inner layer material,and designs and reuses them as vase products,pen holders and other series products.
