In recent years,emergencies such as earthquakes,blizzards,urban fires,and even toxic gas leaks have frequently occurred in my country.The incidents have had a huge impact on urban traffic.Faced with these incidents,people often lack sufficient preparation,resulting in huge casualties and property losses.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have begun to study the problem of traffic evacuation in the event of an emergency.They have found that the failure of some sections and intersections in the road network will affect the reliability of the entire road network,resulting in reduced evacuation efficiency.After the incident occurs,reasonable evacuation plans should be formulated for these road sections and intersections to save rescue evacuation time.Therefore,it is particularly important to find the key road sections and intersections in the traffic road network.Based on this,this paper identifies key road sections and intersections in the road network by combining the relevant theoretical knowledge of complex networks and traffic flows,and formulates emergency evacuation organization strategies for these road sections and intersections.The innovation of this paper is mainly to propose the model of maximum flow critical edge recognition based on failure edges.Consider that when any road segment in the road network is interrupted due to an emergency emergency,the maximum flow value in the road network is solved through traffic redistribution,and the maximum flow change range after different road sections fail is determined to determine the key road segment in the road network.In addition,the relevant indicators in the complex network are introduced to analyze the road sections and intersections in the road network in combination with the traffic flow characteristics in the road network,and an emergency evacuation traffic organization strategy is formulated for the identified key road sections and intersections,and the video simulation is performed with the help of VISSIM software.This article first clarifies what is a critical road segment,introduces two indicators network efficiency and edge intermediary value that characterize the importance of edges in a complex network,and gives the indicator of the rate of change of network efficiency based on network efficiency.The degree to which network efficiency has declined.Then,based on the characteristics of traffic flow in the traffic network,a key edge algorithm based on the maximum edge of the failure edge is proposed.By formulating the identification process of key road sections for each obtained index,using the Python editor pycharm to write a program in python language to solve,and finally find the key road sections in the road network.Secondly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing researchers' research o n the key intersections of urban road networks,proposes different identification indicators from the two aspects of complex network characteristics and traffic flow characteristics,and selects the near-centrality and The two indicators of intermediary ce ntrality,as well as the saturation and flow proportions that characterize the traffic flow characteristics of intersections are used as identification indicators for finding key intersections,and an intersection identification model is constructed and solved.Finally,this paper takes an example of an area in Xigu District of Lanzhou as an example.There are many petrochemical enterprises distributed in Xigu District.There have been many accidents in recent years.As a research area of this article,it has strong practicality.By investigating the relevant data of roads and intersections in this area,according to the model for finding key sections and intersections in the road network proposed in this paper,identify the key sections and intersections in the area,and give the corresponding traffic organization strategy.
