With the rapid development of Chinese economy and science and technology,the energy market in our country is diversified,including thermal power generation,hydroelectric power generation,wind power generation and nuclear power generation.China's nuclear power generation technology has developed for decades,canned induction motor as the key power equipment in nuclear power generation system,its research has also made continuous progress.In this paper,the canned induction motor for nuclear power is taken as the research object,and the design of the canned induction motor is studied in depth,and the prototype is tested.Firstly,the development history of canned induction motor is reviewed,and the structure,principle and basic characteristics of canned induction motor are introduced.According to the structure,operation characteristics and design requirements of nuclear canned induction motor,the electromagnetic design of a 20 kW nuclear canned induction motor is carried out through field-circuit coupling and finite element time-step analysis.The designed motor parameters are substituted into ANSYS Rmxprt to calculate the performance,and the optimum electromagnetic parameters are determined according to the calculation results.Then a 2D finite element model of canned induction motor is established in ANSYS Maxwell.The electromagnetic analysis of static and transient fields of canned induction motor is carried out.The parameters of copper loss,iron loss and eddy current loss of canned sleeve are simulated and analyzed.The motor efficiency is calculated and the factors affecting the motor efficiency are analyzed.The rationality and accuracy of canned inductionmotor design are verified by the above finite element analysis.According to the factors affecting motor efficiency,the motor efficiency is optimized.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the motor efficiency.The finite element simulation shows that the optimized motor efficiency has been improved to a certain extent.Then,the air gap magnetic field and electromagnetic force wave of the shielded induction motor are analyzed theoretically.The electromagnetic excitation force of the motor stator shield sleeve is deduced.The main causes of the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the motor are analyzed.The electromagnetic field,vibration field and sound field are simulated and calculated.The multi-objective optimization of the efficiency and electromagnetic noise of the motor is performed by using an improved particle swarm algorithm.Finally,the optimized three-dimensional stator mode of the shielded induction motor is simulated and analyzed.The stator teeth are used to open auxiliary slots to reduce the electromagnetic noise of the motor.
