Today the limited value of the induction motor's noise and vibration has already become an important performance index in the motor design, the problem of the motor noise in abroad is an important topic too, good quality motor must meet the requirements of the value. The motor noise not only takes absence to the user, rather than it will reduce the using life of the equipments and the motor's worth. The induction motor is the most common machine in the social production, because of the tendency of its design that the weight decrease in unit power and the increase of the electromagnetic load, the more serious electromagnetic noise will be taken, so the designers should have a deep understanding with the motor noise. If designer applies the knowledge of the motor noise reduction in the initial stage, think about the factor of electromagnetic force, the motor structure, the model and the natural frequency will reduce the"voice value".This thesis on the basis of the principle of electromagnetic noise, taking the common induction motors as the research objects, discusses the vibration source and the response in two aspects. In the first part, the thesis illustrateed the calculation methods and the principle of electromagnetic force and takes Y series induction motor as the sample calculate the force analysis the influence when the design parameters changed; in the end of this part the thesis illustrates the finite element method for calculating the force and build the 2D model with the FEA software. In the second part the thesis takes the motor structural vibration characteristics as object, firstly introduces what the method be used in model analysis, secondly use the machinery-electricity analogy method and the finite element method do the model analysis on the sample; lastly use FEA software building the 3D model of the base and the stator of the motor and discuss the effect on the structural parameters.
