With the continuous development of offshore wind power,the operation and maintenance of offshore wind power is becoming more and more important.Due to the particularity of the geographical location of offshore wind power,the accidents of offshore units caused by structural failure occur frequently.Therefore,the safety monitoring system of offshore wind power structure is very important to ensure the operation and maintenance safety of offshore wind power.In recent years,many experts and scholars at home and abroad have made a lot of attempts and efforts to monitor offshore wind power by combining wireless communication technology,which has realized the wireless monitoring of offshore wind power.However,there are still problems such as short transmission distance,low degree of system intelligence,and lack of evaluation on the safety of offshore wind turbine structure.Based on LPWAN technology,this paper designs a structure safety monitoring system for offshore wind power.This paper is divided into the following parts:The first part: Overall design.Based on the analysis of the particularity of the offshore fan,the overall configuration of the system is designed and introduced;the topological structure and parameter index of the system LPWA network are given with the example of the offshore wind field;based on the example of the three pile fan foundation structure,the finite element model of SESAM is established,and through the analysis of the structural strain response under the combined load,the position of the strain sensor measuring point is designed,and the monitoring data are given.The second part: The design of terminal equipment.Including thehardware and software design of the system terminal equipment.In the aspect of hardware,the data acquisition node of CC1310 microprocessor,the lumped coordination node with AM3352 as the core and the conditioning circuit matching with multi-channel sensors are designed.The software design realizes the driving and debugging of each equipment of the system,the establishment and configuration of the system network,and finally realizes the data transmission through the preparation of the communication protocol;the reliability of the equipment is verified through the system test.The third part: The design of cloud monitoring platform.Designed the cloud monitoring platform based on Ali cloud server,introduced the basic framework of the platform functions,designed the functional modules and database tables of the cloud database,designed the web visualization interface of the cloud platform,designed the data prediction function of the cloud platform through machine learning,and verified that all the functions of the cloud platform meet the requirements through testing.
