As the installed capacity and quantity of wind turbines are growing,it is increasingly important to monitor the health of wind turbine transmission systems.With traditional wind turbine condition monitoring system is mostly based on C/S mode or mixed architecture monitoring mode,its compatibility is poor,weak distribution,upgrade the shortcomings of high maintenance costs make it difficult to meet the wind turbines installed capacity and the growing number of monitoring requirements;And distributed multi-sensor long-term monitoring on the fan lead to acquisition and transmission and large amount of data,the traditional wind turbine condition monitoring system due to the lack of professional and technical ability of mass data processing,result in unable to deal with massive monitoring data in a timely and effective manner.Cloud computing model as a new generation of information technology,has a strong distribution,good scalability,high stability,thus into cloud computing,the research of wind turbine drive system based on cloud condition monitoring system to solve many problems faced by the traditional wind turbine condition monitoring has important engineering value and practical significance.This paper analyzes the monitoring strategy of the state monitoring system of wind turbine transmission system based on cloud platform.This paper introduces the structure of the transmission system of wind turbine,and according to the mechanism of the vibration failure of the transmission system of the wind turbine,the layout and the selection of the hardware are given.For a wind turbine drive system based on cloud condition monitoring system requirements analysis,to determine the state of wind turbine drive system based on cloud platform monitoring system architecture.The state monitoring system for wind turbine transmission system based on cloud platform is designed.Has carried on the overall design of the system,according to the modular design thinking,design a cloud platform of the data acquisition and transmission module,a cloud platform of fan monitoring data center database server module,as well as a cloud platform of wind turbine drive system of the state monitoring module.Data collection and transmission module implement the process of data collection and data transfer to cloud platform.The database server module implements the dynamic monitoring data management stored procedure for wind farm units in the cloud platform.The status monitoring module realizes the common time domain analysis,spectral analysis,time-domain characteristics statistical trend analysis,frequency domain characteristics statistical trend analysis,etc.The operation and verification of the state monitoring system for wind turbine drive system based on cloud platform is carried out.System monitoring process,are introduced in the system operation management is introduced,including the system network operation management,and system monitoring and operation management,based on the cloud platform for research and development of wind turbine drive system condition monitoring system has carried on the experimental verification.
