With the development of science and technology,the requirements of the communication equipment for the accuracy of the output voltage and reliability of the power supply are higher and higher,but the traditional analog power supply is difficult to meet these requirements.In this paper,DSP is used as the processor to design a digital power supply for the program-controlled exchange.The main research work and results of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the specifications of the power supply,the main circuit DC-DC power conversion topology is selected as the buck circuit topology,and TMS320F2812 is selected as the processor of the power supply.The Buck circuit,Buck rectifier filter circuit,DSP peripheral circuit,PWM drive circuit,voltage and current sampling circuit,input protection circuit and EMI circuit are designed.The power control system is designed with MATLAB software,and the difference equation of the compensator is finally obtained.Use CCS platform to design the power supply software.(2)Use the oscilloscope and other experimental equipment to test the power supply.The test results show that the output voltage accuracy,load capacity and efficiency of the power supply meet the specifications of the power supply.(3)Through the comparative experiment,it is verified that the sampling algorithm program designed in the ADC interrupt program can effectively avoid the problem that the large voltage fluctuation caused by the power switch on andoff in a switching cycle affects the voltage sampling value,and the output voltage accuracy of the power supply is higher.It is verified that efficiency of power supply can be improved if a Schottky diode connected in parallel at both ends of the rectifier of Buck circuit.(4)The digital power supply has the advantages of flexible control and rapid processing,resulting in output voltage accuracy of power supply is higher.Digital power supply realize PID control by software which replace the traditional complex PID control circuit,so reliability of power supply is higher.
