China has always suffered from flood disasters.In recent years,with the global climate change,the frequency of seasonal floods in the northern region has increased.Based on the control of flood control engineering facilities in major river basins,the joint research between reservoir groups has been studied.The optimal dispatch of flood control is of great significance for reducing the loss of flood disasters and maintaining the safety of national life and property.This paper takes the reservoir group-gate and dam flood control joint dispatch as the research theme,uses the MIKE11 hydrodynamic model and the principle of reservoir flood control,and uses the three upstream control of Yeyuan Reservoir,Songshan Reservoir and Heihushan Reservoir when a certain flood occurs in the Mihe River Basin Reservoir is a research example,focusing on the problem of joint flood control operation of reservoir groups and the evolution of river flooding involved in the combination of the three dispatch modes.The purpose is to initially propose a reservoir group-gate dam flood control operation plan for flood control and disaster mitigation in the Mihe River Basin.Work provides reference for decision-making.The full text has achieved some practical results,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Use MIKE11 software to establish flood evolution model,use its automatic calibration function,combined with manual parameter adjustment to calibrate each parameter in the NAM model,so that the flow simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results.After adjusting the parameter files of the HD module,the roughness of the upper reaches of the Mihe main stream is 0.025,the roughness of the middle reaches is 0.040,the roughness of the downstream is 0.031,the tributary Wujing Shihe roughness is 0.054,and the Shigou river roughness is 0.027.(2)According to the current dispatching rules of the reservoir,the reservoir flood control calculation method is adopted,and the dispatching plan is formed according to the current dispatching principle,the control of the constant discharge scheduling,and the discharge equipment opening state scheduling.Reservoir water level and corresponding storage capacity changes from 0:00 on August 19 to 23:00 on August 21,as well as the maximum water level value,occurrence time,maximum water storage capacity in flood season and peak flood utilization under this scheduling situation Flood control reservoir capacity.(3)Based on the established Mihe flood evolution model,using the point source integration of the outflow flow sequence of each scheme to solve,the flood evolution process of the joint scheduling scheme of Yeyuan,Songshan and Heihushan reservoirs is obtained.The maximum flood discharge values of the proposed schemes are 1559 m~3/s,1647 m~3/s,1599 m~3/s,1687 m~3/s,1926 m~3/s,2012 m~3/s,1905 m~3/s,2005 m~3/s;the maximum flood peak water level values of the eight proposed schemes on the control section behind the Hanqiao gate are17.09m,17.13m,17.11m,17.13m,17.15m,17.16m,17.15m,17.17m.(4)Among the eight joint flood control scheduling schemes of the proposed reservoirs,the combined scheduling scheme Y02/S02/H02 and combined scheme Y02/S03/H02 are ideal for peak shifting,peak shaving,and flood peak delay time.Among them,in the combined scheme Y02/S02/H02,when the water level of Yeyuan Reservoir does not exceed 138.62m,Songshan Reservoir does not exceed 287.17m,and Heihushan Reservoir does not exceed 166.69m,the maximum peak discharge of Tanjiafang Hydrological Control Section is 1579 m~3/s,29.8%of peak cut.Under this plan,the arrival time of the Hongfeng peak is at 4:00 on August 20,and the actual peak value of the measured flood appears at 3:00 on August 20.The delay time of the Hongfeng is 1h.In the combined scheme Y02/S03/H02,when the water level of Yeyuan Reservoir does not exceed 138.62m,Songshan Reservoir does not exceed 287.33m,and Heihushan Reservoir does not exceed 166.69m,the maximum peak discharge of Tanjiafang Hydrological Control Section is 1588 m~3/s,the peak cut is 29.4%.Under this plan,the arrival time of Hong Feng is at 5:00 on August 20,and the delay time of Hong Feng is 2h.In the end,the result is Y02/S03/H02.(5)For the flood control dispatch of reservoir groups and sluices in the Mihe River Basin,suggestions for efficient management of reservoir capacity and automatic regulation and control of sluice and dam information are given,with a view to achieving reservoir informatization and river safety,thereby improving work efficiency and social benefits.
