With the development of intelligent transportation system factories,AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle,AGV)has become the core part of the system.AC asynchronous motor has its own development advantages: simple structural design,low cost management cost,high power and high reliability,so this article uses AC induction motor as the power system of AGV.The speed sensor increases the system cost,and the speed sensor installation requires skilled assembly skills,increases labor cost,and the speed sensor reduces system stability.Therefore,in order to further reduce the cost of the enterprise,we improve the safety of the AFC drive control system and make the system maintenance convenient.This makes the induction motor speed sensorless control system become a research hotspot.This paper takes AC asynchronous motor as the control object and discusses the FOC vector control method.The results achieved are as follows:The structure and working principle of the AC asynchronous motor are analyzed.According to the vector transformation formula,the mathematical model formula of the AC induction motor in different coordinate systems is derived.In order to further understand the vector control system of speed sensorless AC induction motor,the principle of vector equation is derived through rotor field-oriented vector control to achieve complete decoupling of excitation current and torque current.Use SIMULINK software to establish a complete vector control system model based on AC asynchronous motor model reference adaptive method(MRAS).In this paper,the digital processor TMS28069 F is used to complete the design of the controller hardware system.The hardware system solves the problem of AC current detection in the case of high current,and implements the Hall sensor current detection module.Under the condition of input phase voltage,phase current and bus voltage,FAST estimator is used to complete the speed estimation and flux estimation of speed sensorless AC asynchronous motor.The software design of PI double closed-loop AC asynchronous motor is completed on the hardware platform and rotor field-oriented control.Finally,the speed sensorless vector control system is tested on the experimental platform.A 1.5Kw three-phase asynchronous motor is used to test the no-load,load and acceleration process of the motor,and the error between the actual speed and the estimated speed of FAST is analyzed.To prove that the system meets the design requirements.
