| Steel-concrete composite structure is a new structural form developed after steel structure and concrete structure,It combines the advantages of steel structure and concrete structure,It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity,large stiffness and good seismic performance,It has been applied more and more widely in the field of bridge engineering.Corrugated steel web steel-composite box girder is becoming the mainstream due to its good mechanical properties.this paper takes the composite bridge with corrugated steel webs,steel floor and concrete roof as the research object,studies the temperature field and temperature effect of the box girder with the method of combining field measurement and space finite element calculation,and carries out the experiment of the bridge temperature field with the method of manual temperature control.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Through reading related literature,the development history and development status of the structure of corrugated steel web steel-composite bridge are systematically introduced,and the previous studies on steel-composite box girder are summarized.The calculation methods of temperature field and temperature effect are introduced in detail.(2)By means of field measurement,the temperature field data of a typical corrugated steel web steel-mixed box girder in lanzhou were obtained,the measured data were analyzed and summarized,the most unfavorable gradient temperature function curve was fitted,and the temperature field was compared and analyzed with the provisions of the bridge design specification.(3)The finite element software ANSYS was used to build the bridge model,and the influence of seasonal temperature change and gradient temperature change on the bridge was calculated.The difference between the bridge design specification and the measured temperature field is analyzed and compared.The influence of temperature field on bridge deck pavement is also studied.(4)The finite element software is used to simulate the temperature field of bridge deck pavement in severe cold climate,It is found that the bridge deck pavement has a great influence on the temperature field of the bridge. |
