During the paving process of high temperature asphalt bridge deck,large temperature stress is generated inside the corrugated steel web box girder bridge deck structure,and large tensile stress may cause the structure to crack.At present,there are few studies on the temperature effect of corrugated steel web box girder bridge deck under asphalt paving.In this thesis,ABAQUS software is used to establish a threedimensional solid model to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of temperature field of corrugated steel web box girder under high temperature asphalt paving,and to research the temperature effect of bridge deck under the most unfavorable temperature gradient mode.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows :(1)The influence of different wind speed,asphalt cutting temperature,atmospheric temperature and paving layer thickness on the paving temperature field of corrugated steel web box girder is analyzed,and the influence of construction environment and construction conditions on the paving temperature field is obtained.The appropriate construction environment and construction conditions can improve the temperature effect of bridge deck under paving.(2)Based on the theory of transient temperature field and heat conduction theory,the thermodynamic boundary conditions and material thermodynamic parameters are reasonably determined.The finite element software is used to establish the temperature field model of corrugated steel web box girder under the action of high temperature asphalt paving.The life and death element method is used to simulate the asphalt paving process.The spatial and temporal distribution of the temperature field of the box girder is analyzed.The exponential function is used as the temperature gradient formula of the paving temperature field to quantitatively describe the temperature field distribution characteristics.(3)Based on the theory of transverse frame analysis and structural mechanics,a simplified calculation model of transverse internal force of box girder with corrugated steel webs is established,and a method suitable for calculating the transverse internal force of bridge deck under asphalt paving is proposed.The transverse tensile stress of the lower edge of the bridge deck obtained by this method can be in good agreement with the finite element results.(4)The mechanical model of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is established to research the displacement response of bridge deck under the most unfavorable temperature gradient mode under different paving modes,and the vertical displacement of bridge deck at the middle span is determined to be the largest.Comparing the temperature effect of the bridge deck under the full-section one-time paving method and the half-width paving method,it is determined that the half-width paving construction method can improve the temperature effect of the bridge deck.(5)The temperature stress of the bridge deck at the middle position of the middle span under the most unfavorable temperature gradient mode is studied,and the maximum transverse tensile stress at the lower edge of the bridge deck is determined to be 2.87 MPa.The vehicle load effect in the current specification is compared with the asphalt paving effect.It is found that the transverse temperature stress of the bridge deck under high temperature paving exceeds the vehicle transverse stress by 2.38 MPa,so the high temperature asphalt paving effect needs to be considered in the design of the bridge deck.
