In recent years,with the increase in life expectancy and disposable income,the demand for medical resources gradually increases,but the supply cannot increase rapidly in a short period of time,resulting in an imbalance in the supply and demand of medical resources,which is not conducive to high-quality life of people and also brings many social problems.Chinese medicine universities contribute a lot to the development of Chinese pharmaceutical industry and the construction of a healthy China.However,with the rapid development of society,the software and hardware conditions of Chinese medicine universities can no longer meet the needs of practical teaching.In order to better support the development of Chinese medicine industry and the universities,the need to build a new campus is imminent.Project progress management is very important for the entire project construction.Project progress management in our country starts later than abroad.So far,few scholars conduct special progress management research on the construction projects of new campuses in Chinese medicine universities,resulting in a lack of relevant progress management experience.Based on the literature review,this paper uses a combination of actual investigation and theoretical analysis to study the status of progress management of new campus construction projects in Chinese medicine universities,establishes a progress management model based on key chain technology,and uses AB university as an example to do empirical analysis.The main research results are as follows:(1)This article analyzes the current situation of progress management of new campus construction projects in Chinese medicine universities and makes improvements.Fromschedule planning,work efficiency,key tasks,key resources and early warning mechanism,the article elaborates problems in schedule management.Besides,it makes improvements based on time estimation,schedule planning,and schedule control.(2)Based on key chain technology,this article establishes a progress management model for the construction of new campuses in Chinese medicine universities.First,the construction period is evaluated in combination with the three-point time estimation method and Delphi method.Second,using resource tension,process complexity,and risk elasticity coefficient to get a more reasonable buffer size.Finally,the buffer adjustment coefficient and the item buffer are inserted separately to make up for the shortcomings of the original insertion method in the large and complex schedule network plan,which ensures that the project is completed as planned.(3)Taking AB Universityas an example to do empirical analysis.The original planned construction period of the new campus construction project is 1570 days.Delays and increased work in the middle of the project extend the planned construction period to 1895 days.In the case where the project is delayed by 325 days,we use key chain technology progress management model to manage.Eventually,the completion time is shortened by25.5%,and the project is successfully put into operation.This article applies the progress management theory of key chain technology to actual projects,and examines the feasibility and effectiveness of the technology in the progress management of specific projects.In addition,the article provides theoretical reference and practical significance to other Chinese medicine universities.
