| University new campus construction project as a civil construction project integration,with respect to individual buildings,multi-function equipment and diverse landscape greening as the main characteristics,have short time limit,the completion date specified at the same time,coordination,overall layout requirements more off higher characteristic,plus people in projects such as visibility less than the general project,therefore,The difficulty of schedule management in new campus construction is much greater than that in general projects.Based on the relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper discusses a more effective project schedule management method,and makes an example analysis.This paper combines critical chain technology with disturbance management model,and uses literature research method,comparative analysis method,statistical analysis method,empirical analysis method and other research methods.Firstly,the theory,shortcomings and limitations of traditional project schedule management methods,such as Gantt Chart,critical path method and plan review technology,are systematically elaborated.The superiority of the new project management method critical chain and interference management is compared and analyzed.Secondly,the progress management problems in the process of university construction projects are summarized by using statistical analysis method to find out the main interference events that cause the delay of the construction period.Then,with the new campus project of S university as the background,the WBS analysis of the project is carried out to clarify the logical relationship between each process and the input and supply of resources.After that,the critical chain technology is used to adjust the schedule of the original university project and set the buffer.Combined with the idea of disturbance management,the buffer zone is monitored.On the basis of considering the minimum disturbance of construction period and the minimum rush cost,the corresponding disturbance management model is constructed,and the optimal schedule management strategy is obtained.Finally,the progress management method adopted in this paper and its effect are summarized and analyzed,and the research trend of the combination of disturbance management model and critical chain is prospected.The research on the project schedule management in the new campus of S university shows that the critical chain technology can reasonably organize resources,improve work efficiency,effectively optimize the schedule and save the construction period.Meanwhile,buffer is set in the key position to ensure the completion of the project on schedule.For the interference events of schedule management,the interference management model can be established to take corresponding measures according to the actual interference situation in time,so as to make the project complete on schedule with the minimum cost. |
