As an important pillar of the national economy,the construction industry has been in a state of rapid development in recent years.Faced with such a severe situation,the implementation of green construction is the only way for China's construction industry to implement the ecological civilization construction policy and realize the greening of buildings.Therefore,the construction project to carry out green construction assessment is particularly important,but,at present,China's green construction assessment for construction projects in terms of research,the lack of a set of scientific,unified and perfect construction project evaluation system of green construction,this will seriously hinder the our country the expansion of the concept of green construction as well as the construction of sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great research value to construct a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system of green construction of building engineering,which can accurately evaluate the level of green construction of building engineering.Process is generally divided into construction of construction preparation,construction implementation and completion inspection and acceptance of the three stages,about green construction assessment at present,the existing research results at home and abroad and the current of the green construction assessment standard of construction engineering "are mainly aimed at the construction implementation stage research,rarely cover the other two phases.Based on this,this paper takes the whole process of construction of as the research object,and could be divided into construction preparation,construction of green construction implementation and completion inspection and acceptance of three phases,and according to the concept of green construction,green construction goal,under the current green construction assessment standard and construction process of green construction thought thorough analysis,the existing evaluation index system at home and abroad for reference,at the same time,the constructed based on the construction of the whole process of construction project evaluation index system of green construction.There are 7 first-level indicators and24 detailed indicators.According to the habits of the existing evaluation index system both at home and abroad,this article will building green construction level is divided into five grades,and on the basis of the current national or local standards,the relevant literature,statistics,and expert experience value is obtained based on the whole construction process of construction project evaluation index system of green construction level classification standard.Considering that most of the methods to obtain the index weight are based on subjective weighting methods such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method,the evaluation results are easily influenced by the subjective consciousness of the evaluators,resulting in the lack of objective rationality of the evaluation results.Therefore,in order tocombine the advantages of subjective values.the method and weight method,avoiding the shortcomings of both,the empowerment results adopt useful subjective factors at the same time,and to ensure the objective of empowerment results are reasonable,according to expert opinions,using AHP method to determine the whole process based on the construction of building engineering subjective weights of evaluation index system of green construction,and through the statistics for the original data of evaluation objects,using the entropy weight method to obtained the objective weight of every index,the subjective and objective comprehensive empowerment results is achieved.Analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the common comprehensive evaluation methods,because of the unascertained measure model of evaluation index was able to circumvent the information at the same time to achieve a quantitative analysis of evaluation objects,and in the aspect of green construction comprehensive evaluation has not been applied academics,so in this paper,the unascertained measure model is introduced into building green construction comprehensive evaluation field,so as to realize the whole process of construction of green construction based on the construction level of quantitative research.Based on the green construction grade evaluation system of the whole construction process,this paper makes a research on the green construction grade evaluation of a large residential community's phase iii construction project.The evaluation results show that the green construction level of phase I construction project is "good",the green construction level of phase ii construction project is "medium",and the green construction level of phase iii construction project is "good",and the green construction level of phase iii construction project is from high to low: phase 3 > phase 2 > phase 1.It indicates that the green construction measures implemented in the construction preparation stage,construction implementation stage and completion and acceptance stage of the project are reasonable and effective,and the green construction level reaches the expected goal.The evaluation results are in line with the reality,indicating that the evaluation system constructed in this paper is applicable to the green construction grade evaluation of building engineering,and can provide certain theoretical basis for the promotion of green construction of building engineering.
