With the acceleration of urbanization,the shortage of energy resources is becoming more and more serious.Urbanization increased from 37.1% in 2001 to 56.1% in 2015.The acceleration of urbanization has promoted the rapid development of Chinese construction industry.In the construction of buildings and the final demolition process,a large amount of energy resources need to be consumed.While the construction industry improves people undefineds living environment and quality of life,the traditional extensive construction mode brings great pressure on the society,energy and environment.According to data,construction and construction accounted for 40 percent of the world undefineds carbon emissions in 2017,with the global construction industry consuming more energy than industry and transport,making it an important source of carbon emissions in the world.With the rapid development of construction industry,sustainable development has become a comprehensive strategy affecting global social and economic development.Green and low carbon development of construction industry is an important way to achieve this goal.China must take the path of sustainable development and strive to develop green and energy-saving buildings.Because of the late start of green building in our country,the construction technology is not mature enough.The incremental cost of green building technology scheme is high,which limits the rapid development of green building.Taking the green office building as the research object,this dissertation uses the whole life cycle theory and cost-benefit analysis method to determine the evaluation index of green building technology and economy,drawing on the domestic and foreign experience of green building and technical and economic research.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the theory of information entropy,a solution model of the evaluation index weight of green office building technology is constructed,and the economic effect of green building technology is evaluated.Finally,through the analysis of a green office building project that has been put into operation,the green technology and economic effect of the project are analyzed.This dissertation provides a reference for choosing the optimal combination scheme of green building technology,provides the decision-making basis for investors,and has practical significance for promoting the promotion and implementation of green office buildings.
