The power loss of power grid(abbreviated as line loss)refers to the loss and loss of electric energy in transmission,substation,distribution and other links in the process of transmission from power plant on the power supply side to users on the receiving side.The frequent occurrence of abnormal line losses not only leads to the loss of operating benefits of power grid enterprises,but also results in the waste of national power resources.Line loss rate is an important power supply quality index and power management index in power grid enterprises,which directly reflects the work achievements of power supply companies in power grid planning and design,production operation and management.The purpose of development and application is to comply with the arrival of the Internet era and the rapid development of information technology,with the help of big data technology,synchronous transmission and integration of the basic data of power supply business systems,innovative construction of power supply station area line loss monitoring and abnormal diagnosis platform,normalize multi-dimensional data analysis,improve the intelligent and fine management and control ability of line loss anomaly,and realize the real-time monitoring of line loss anomaly.The rapid diagnosis,accurate analysis,governance localization,prevention and control advanced control objectives provide effective technical support for high quality service users,reduce power loss and waste,and build a strong smart grid.Firstly,according to the demand analysis of line loss monitoring and abnormal diagnosis in power supply station area,the overall function and work flow of line loss monitoring and abnormal diagnosis platform are designed.Secondly,based on the basic data calculation of Hadoop distributed technology and the basic data of the whole service unified data center in the power supply station area,all kinds of line loss anomalies around the station area are analyzed,and the basic data based on the line loss in the station area are developed,which are supported by the extraction,storage and processing of the basic data,the statistical analysis and machine learning techniques such as entropy weight discrimination,random forest,and the application software such as weblogic,oracle,redls.The "one station and one standard value" of the line loss and the important factors affecting the anomaly are analyzed and determined,so that the platform and the field line loss monitoring and abnormal diagnosis operation state are combined into one.Finally,relying on the marketing business monitoring platform and data center of the State Grid Company,using "Internet" technology,building distributed computing and analysis cluster,multi-dimensional data collection from the front end to the platform,many-to-many to many-to-one,with modularization,interface,fusion design to achieve each model function,framework line loss monitoring and abnormal diagnosis platform,data.Graphically supports the intelligence of line loss monitoring and abnormal diagnosis,real-time monitoring line loss and timely diagnosis of anomalies,guiding positioning and treatment.
