With the rapid development of intelligent transportation systems based on computer vision and blockchain,vehicle identity authentication and information security issues in vehicle transactions have become an important research direction in intelligent transportation systems.In the traditional electric vehicle energy transaction process,there are security and efficiency issues such as unreliable user identity,opaque transaction data,and data storage risks,low transaction record query efficiency,and damage to the interests of users and service providers.In order to solve the above problems,this paper applies blockchain and convolutional neural networks for the first time in the design of electric vehicle energy trading schemes,and proposes a new safer and more efficient electric vehicle energy trading scheme.This article first reviews the existing solutions of electric vehicle energy trading and the related research background and current status of blockchain,analyzes the deficiencies of current electric vehicle energy trading solutions and the feasibility of blockchain in energy trading system.Next,we will introduce the basic knowledge of blockchain and convolutional neural network,focusing on how to use blockchain to solve the problem of secure storage and credible disclosure of data information in electric vehicle energy trading scenarios,and the use of convolutional nerves.Network and blockchain solve the problem of user identity authentication.Finally,for the two major modules of the solution in this article:the information management module based on the blockchain and the identity recognition module based on the convolutional neural network and the blockchain,this article expands the following work:(1)Design the information management module based on the blockchain,using the blockchain to have the characteristics of distributed ledgers and consensus algorithms,etc.,to achieve the decentralized storage of encrypted user vehicle information and energy transaction information to effectively resolve transaction information Problems such as internal tampering and attacks on centralized databases.At the same time,taking advantage of the openness of blockchain information,users can query recent system transaction bills through network nodes to ensure consistent consumption standards and enjoy fair charging services.(2)Design an identity recognition module based on convolutional neural network and blockchain,firstly obtain vehicle image information through image acquisition equipment,then use the image color features to extract vehicle license plate information,and then use the convolutional neural network model to recognize license plate character information,Finally,use the charging cable to obtain vehicle identity information,and compare the vehicle identity with the identity information stored in the blockchain network through the vehicle license plate character information and the vehicle identity information to complete the vehicle identity verification and achieve the efficiency and identity authentication of the license plate recognition The reliability of the system improves the security of the system.Finally,the security analysis of the scheme is carried out,and the scheme is realized through experiments.The user identity information is trusted and authenticated,and the user's vehicle information and transaction information can be safely stored in the blockchain network.This article applies blockchain and convolutional neural networks for the first time in the field of electric vehicle energy transactions.It uses the characteristics of blockchain decentralization,publicity,and non-tampering to solve the poor security and non-public information in the traditional field of electric vehicle energy transactions.Problem,the use of blockchain combined with convolutional neural network to efficiently achieve the safety authentication of vehicle identity.The proposal of this scheme has high application value and practical significance in the field of electric vehicle energy trading.
