As a highly efficient and clean coal-fired power generation boiler,circulating fluidized bed boilers have received widespread attention in recent years.The wear of water-cooled walls is one of the main reasons for the shutdown of circulating fluidized bed boilers,which seriously affects the normal production of boilers.Safety and economy.With the continuous improvement of anti-wear technology,especially the application of anti-wear beam technology,the operating time of the boiler has been greatly improved.In this paper,the numerical simulation calculation of the gas-solid flow characteristics and wear rate of the water-cooled wall surface before and after the anti-wear beam is installed in the circulating fluidized bed boiler.With the development of computer technology and the limitations of physical simulation experiments,numerical simulation has become an important method for studying the wear of water-cooled walls of circulating fluidized bed boilers.Through data collection,this paper first summarizes the gas-solid flow characteristics of the circulating fluidized bed boiler and its water-cooled wall area at home and abroad and the application status of antiwear beam technology.Secondly,the wear model of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is summarized,and the wear model expressions including the control equation and the closed equation are summarized.Next,the influence of the anti-wear beam on the gas-solid flow characteristics of the water-cooled wall surface and the flow field changes in the watercooled wall area under different working conditions were studied.Finally,the wear rate changes of the water-cooled wall surface under different working conditions before and after the installation of anti-wear beams and the anti-wear effects of two different structures of anti-wear beams are comprehensively analyzed,and suggestions for the installation layout of anti-wear beams are given.The numerical simulation research results show that the anti-wear beam can effectively reduce the overall wear of the water-cooled wall surface of the circulating fluidized bed boiler.However,on the upper edge of the anti-wear beam,due to the particle descent process is blocked,dynamic particle accumulation is formed,resulting in the Instead,the wear rate increases,and this article also makes recommendations for spraying wear-resistant coatings there.In the course of the study,it was also found that a small section of upwelling appeared below the anti-wear beam,forming local wear.In this paper,the width of the anti-wear beam is changed to change the influence range of this wall-attached upflow to achieve the best anti-wear effect.
