Highway is one of the important components of the five modes of transportation,and it is an important carrier for residents' travel and passenger and cargo transportation.On the one hand,there are many problems in the road network of many districts and counties,such as insufficient coverage,low density and unreasonable layout,which seriously affect the efficiency of road transportation and are not conducive to the long-term development of the economic society and comprehensive transportation of districts and counties.On the other hand,the promotion of new urbanization,the replacement of old drivers of growth and the integration of urban and rural areas have put forward higher requirements for district and county highway transportation.Therefore,in order to promote the rapid development of economy and society and meet the increasing demand of transportation,the district and county highway network must be reasonably planned.This paper summarizes the common planning methods,compares and analyzes the characteristics of different planning methods,and optimizes and improves the existing methods of node connectivity.When analyzing the factors affecting the road network size,the factors highly related to it are selected for optimization.The existing node connectivity method does not take into account the imbalance of economic development within the district or county,the uneven distribution of nodes and the timeliness of nodes.It introduces the correction coefficient of economic development level and the uneven distribution coefficient of nodes,and modifies the number of nodes in the upper planning to improve the traditional connectivity method.In the layout planning of the highway network,the traditional node importance method is combined with the distribution of the comprehensive traffic corridor,and the distribution of the comprehensive traffic corridor is determined according to the development of the planned regional comprehensive traffic,so as to determine the highway network skeleton.Then the node importance method is used to determine the priority of node connection.Then,according to the economic connection between nodes and the current situation of the road network and the traffic demand,the author determines whether it is necessary to optimize the hierarchical structure of the road network or to add new lines,so as to determine the initial plan of the road network layout.Taking the road network planning of linqu county as an example,the improved node connectivity method is adopted to predict the scale of the road network,and the scale of the road network in linqu county in 2035 is 2450 km.Combining linqu county of geographical location,based on the comprehensive transportation corridor combined layout method of node important degree,according to the highway network layout functional division,the "two ring two couplet" four lengthwise and three transverse trunk lines of the public,"five vertical and a horizontal one shot ten nine" distribution network and the "one main,area,three-ring,10 a" general tourist highway network layout,for highway construction in linqu county and similar pre-project provides auxiliary decision-making basis.
