With the rapid increase in the number of high-rise buildings,elevators are also widely used.The traditional elevator group control algorithm needs to be further optimized in combination with continuously developing control technology and identification technology due to problems such as single control target and poor adaptability to passenger flow changes.Aiming at the problems of long elevator transportation time at the peak of passenger flow and excessive energy consumption of the elevator at the time of passenger flow,this topic is based on the existing elevator configuration of the building.The collected passenger flow information and elevator operation information are combined with multi-objective planning and fuzzy control.This method realizes the optimization of the elevator group control algorithm,which saves the passenger waiting and elevator time when the passenger flow density increases,and reduces the energy consumption of the elevator when the passenger flow density is flat.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development history and research status of elevator group control technology,summarizes the evaluation indicators that need to be considered to optimize the elevator group control system,and uses the currently widely used minimum time algorithm as the theoretical basis,extending the multi-objective control-based Group control algorithm.After comprehensively considering the time index and energy consumption index,an evaluation function is established with the waiting time,the time of the elevator,the energy consumption of the elevator,etc.as the evaluation index.Based on the minimum time algorithm,the elevators in the elevator group are prioritized,and the real-time passenger flow information is used to complete the response to the call request.Experiments show that prioritization of elevator response based on multi-objective programming can effectively reduce system energy consumption and save time for elevators.Due to the time-varying characteristics of passenger flow information and the multiple fuzzy variables of the group control system,the fuzzy control method can be used to better divide the traffic mode,traffic intensity,and priority of the elevator response within the elevator group.Through fuzzy processing of the passenger flow information collected by the system,and then generate corresponding evaluation indicators according to the fuzzy rules,complete the judgment of the traffic mode and traffic intensity,in order to select the appropriate evaluation index weight and adjust the evaluation function.Finally,according to the adjusted evaluation function,the elevator priority classification in the elevator group is completed.After simulation and comparison tests,it can be seen that with the introduction of fuzzy control,the elevator group control algorithm has better adaptability,which saves the travel time of passengers when the passenger volume surges,and reduces the system’s Energy consumption.
