At present,China's turbogenerator industry is developing towards large units and diversification.The total installed capacity and single unit capacity have achieved leapfrog development,but at the same time,they have brought many deficiencies and lags in manufacturing,operation,maintenance and other aspects.We need to sum up the past experience,at the same time,develop new ideas,use new technology,analyze and solve the problems existing in the turbogenerator,to ensure the safe,stable and reliable operation of the important power equipment,the turbogenerator.Starting from the theory of rotating machinery vibration,this paper summarizes the theoretical analysis of the damped forced vibration system related to the rotor vibration system of the turbogenerator.In this vibration system,the excitation force of the rotor of the turbogenerator comes from the unbalanced force existing in the rotor rotation.The unbalanced force is mainly the unbalanced force of the rotor mass and the unbalanced magnetic pull.Therefore,the rotor The magnitude of the exciting force is related to the magnitude of the unbalanced force,and the frequency of the exciting force is related to the rotating speed of the generator rotor.Most of the working frequencies of domestic thermal power units are 50 Hz,and the working damping of the generator rotor mainly comes from the bearing position.For the vibration problem of turbo generator rotor,the theoretical basis of rotor dynamics should be analyzed,the dynamic characteristics of turbo generator rotor should be studied,and the exciting force of rotor caused by unbalanced mass and unbalanced magnetic pull force should be analyzed.On this basis,the critical speed of turbo generator and the dynamic response of rotor under the critical speed should be studied and analyzed.Due to the popularization of finite element simulation analysis software in industry in recent years,most of the engineering problems can be solved by means of finite element simulation analysis software.As an important dynamic characteristic of turbo generator rotor,the calculation of critical speed of turbo generator rotor has a complete calculation specification and response assessment standard in the finite element simulation analysis.This paper describes in detail that when The calculation and assessment process of the critical speed of the generator rotor by the former turbine generator manufacturer at the design stage.At the same time,the main factors that may affect the critical speed of the turbogenerator are discussed by the control variable method,and it is clear how each factor will ultimately affect the calculation results of the critical speed of the turbogenerator rotor.Based on my experience in analyzing and dealing with the related rotor vibration problems for thermal power plants for many years,this paper classifies the causes of the rotor vibration faults of turbogenerators,and gives the analysis process and treatment scheme of the response for various fault causes,and expounds the process and method of dealing with the rotor vibration faults of turbogenerators by listing a real case in China.
