As the core drive component of the electric vehicle power system,the performance of the motor is of great significance to the overall performance of the electric vehicle.With the continuous improvement of the power and economic requirements of electric vehicles,how to achieve a reasonable matching between electric motors and electric vehicles is the key to improve the overall performance of electric vehicles.This paper selects the permanent magnet synchronous motor for small electric vehicles for the following aspects:First of all,according to the current development background of electric vehicles,according to the driving conditions and power performance requirements of electric vehicles,the layout of electric vehicles,parameters of power system components and core drive component motors for electromechanical parameter design,and the scheme of motor performance parameters and matching performance index principle are proposed.The electromagnetic design of the motor is carried out to determine the size of the stator and rotor.The influence of different rotor structure and different pole slot matching on the output torque and loss is analyzed.A complete electromagnetic design scheme is given.Secondly,the simulation model is established according to the structural parameters of the motor,and the numerical calculation is carried out under the no-load,rated and peak operating conditions,weak magnetic operating conditions,large demagnetization current and high-speed operating conditions;the change of cogging torque under different rotor segments and inclined pole angles is analyzed;the torque change under different current control angles is analyzed under the maximum torque current ratio control method;the torque change under the large current control angle is analyzed The demagnetization condition of permanent magnet under demagnetization current and the stress distribution of rotor plate and permanent magnet under 1.5 times of maximum speed are analyzed and calculated;the rationality of motor design scheme is verified by the above numerical calculation.Finally,the simulation software ADVISOR is used to build the whole vehicle module,wheel module,reducer module,battery module and motor module.Combined with the motor design scheme proposed above,the mechanical and electrical matching parameters are simulated and calculated in the simulation environment,and the maximum driving speed of the whole vehicle is 114km/h;the acceleration time of 0-50km/h is 5.3s;the acceleration time of 50-80km/h is 7.1s;the maximum climbing slope is 25%,verify the rationality of the design of the drive motor and the vehicle matching scheme.
