In recent years,with the steady growth of China’s economy,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and consumption power,and the change of aesthetics and taste,people’s choices for home-doors have gradually moved from high-end security doors to high-end,high-quality high-end.Solid wood door transition.Therefore,in recent years,the "wooden door" heat has gradually become hot,and the wooden door industry has ushered in the spring of development.Although there are more than 3,000 wooden door enterprises in China today,the overall wooden door industry is still in its infancy.Whether it is the entry barrier of wooden doors or the products of wooden doors are in a preliminary stage,how to improve the marketing of wooden doors.Ability,formulate marketing strategies for wooden door products that are more in line with market conditions,cater to the consumption needs of ordinary people,seize the opportunity of vigorous development of wooden doors,and become a leader in the industry.It is a rare opportunity for many wooden door enterprises,and it is an urgent issue..This thesis will use this as an entry point,based on the 4P marketing theory,analyze the market situation of China’s wooden door industry,combine the internal environmental characteristics of W doors and windows company’s wooden doors,and then analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats by swot analysis.These issues suggest coping strategies.This paper intends to combine the actual situation of W-window company,to study in detail the marketing strategy of W-door company’s wooden door products,and to increase the sales of W-door window company’s wooden door products through the current shareholding of "wooden door" hot,thus increasing market share.
